What is the role of a psychologist?

Throughout our lives, we all encounter various difficulties and situations that evoke a range of emotions in us, most commonly fear, worry, or sadness.

Sometimes we are simply curious if everything is "okay" with us, how to best approach a problem, how to stay motivated in achieving our goals, how to cope with difficult periods in life, when to seek help, or we are just interested in IQ tests that we would like to try. These are areas where a psychologist can help.

There is a stigma that if you see a psychologist, "something is wrong with you". If you break a leg, you go to a doctor, and if you have car problems, you go to a mechanic. Therefore, seeing a psychologist is not a big deal, because there is no reason why you should always know how to deal with certain problems on your own. For this reason, experts are available to help you find the best solution.

Additionally, a psychologist can offer you psychoeducation services through which you can learn various techniques, knowledge, and "laws" of human behavior that can help you or simply expand your knowledge and interests.

The testing is conducted in one day. Please bring your ID card and, if available, previous reports from psychiatrists or other mental health professionals.
