Psychological assessment of pilots

Given that new regulations from EASA require airlines to provide a psychological assessment of their pilots within 24 months of employment and commencement of flight, in these post-pandemic times of sudden change, such regulations, and requirements may present additional problems and be time-consuming. For this reason, our team of psychologists at the Prima Nova Institution designed a series of tests, as well as a semi-structured interview that complies with the new regulation and provides a fast and accurate assessment.

Our team of psychologists is flexible and always tries to adapt to the schedule and requirements of the pilot and the company. After processing, the pilots and your company will receive a confirmation of the completion and fulfillment of the request, as well as the necessary feedback.
