Comply with the new EASA regulations from 2021.
Given that new regulations from EASA require airlines to provide a psychological assessment of their pilots within 24 months of employment and commencement of flight.
In these times of sudden change, such regulations, and requirements may present additional problems and be time-consuming.
For this reason, our team of psychologists at the Prima Nova Institution designed a series of tests, as well as a semi-structured interview that complies with the new regulation and provides a fast and accurate assessment.
