Every employer is obligated to a risk assessment in the workplace. Owners of small and medium-sized enterprises can perform this assessment themselves, and it is the first document that the inspection will request.
All legal entities are required to implement an occupational safety system regardless of the number of employees.
Employees must undergo a medical examination in occupational medicine if they are employed in a workplace with special working conditions.
A medical examination is mandatory for positions involving computer work. Further details are provided in Article 19 of ”NN 73/21″. The Ministry of Health has provided clarification related to this article in the directive.
Employers have a legal obligation to send a certain number of employees for first aid training.
Employers who do not change working conditions may be fined twice the amount, and in more severe cases, they may lose their work permit.
